Blend pearls with whipped cream to serve with fruit desserts. These flavoured creams can be heaped on pastries such a strudels or Danish pastries. If you enjoy liqueur-based creams, pearls go well with Grand Marnier, Benedictine and Cointreau. OR slice some bananas, drop on some thickened cream. Just before serving, carefully with a fork stir some pearls into raw sugar and mix into the cream. OR you can also do this with strawberries lightly dressed with balsamic vinegar before using the pearl sugar mix on cream (but make sure it is a light dressing of vinegar). Another exciting idea for presentation is to sprinkle pearls around a plate to make it sparkle.
